This policy explains how Green Leaves | JNRM Corporation handles information submitted through the PURE website.

Information we collect

We collect the details needed to serve you: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, optional map pin, order contents, discounts, and order history. Google sign-in provides a verified email address and account identifier. We also use essential cookies and browser storage to keep guest sessions, carts, rewards, and sign-in working. We count anonymous shop visits and product opens to understand which items interest visitors. Metrics use a random browser-tab identifier that is hashed by day; we do not store names or IP addresses for these counts.

How we use it

• Process, confirm, deliver, and support orders.
• Send order confirmations, courier details, and status updates.
• Prevent duplicate orders, misuse, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain customer rewards and improve the store.

Who receives it

We share only the information necessary with providers that help operate the store, such as delivery couriers, email providers, website infrastructure, and payment providers when online payments are enabled. We do not sell customer information.

Retention and security

We keep order records for business, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Session data expires or is removed when no longer needed. We use access controls and secure connections, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information. Some order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting requirements. You can also check out as a guest where available.
